3.8. How to preserve manual changes in generated code

When a developer wants to adapt generated code manually this is possible. The developer needs to use CodeComposer directives to preserve the manual changes in the generated code, otherwise CodeComposer will overwrite the manual changes in the next generation run.

Preservation of manual changes can be accomplished on different levels (file, (Java) field, (Java) method) and both automatically and manually.
